EconAnadolu 2013

• Anadolu University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (FEAS), The Department of Economics is organizing its third International Conference in Economics to be held in Eskisehir, Turkey on 19-21 June 2013. The Conference program includes plenary sessions, panels, and presentations of contributed papers. The conference is open to all line of theoretical and empirical research in economics.
  
  The conference aims at bringing together scholars from all over the World for exchange of ideas, discussion of recent results within theoretical and applied economics research, and creating a research network for future joint collaborations.

Abtract Submission

• An abstracts of not more than 250 words in English or Turkish should be submitted before 18 February 2013 Abstracts should also include 2-3 JEL codes of the research. All fields of specialization within economics will be considered. Authors will receive a notification by e-mail about acceptance/rejection of their research by 01 March 2013. Full manuscripts should be received by 01 May 2013.

EconAnadolu 2013 Best Research Awards

• EconAnadolu will give awards to the best researches presented in the third EconAnadolu Conference in Economics. The amounts of the awards will be as follows:

  1. The best research (EURO 1,000.00)

  2. The second best research (EURO 750.00)

  3. The third best research (EURO 500.00)

  For eligible for best research awards;

  • Papers submitted for the award should be unpublished.

  • Application with full paper by February 18, 2013.

  • Author/coauthors must not be affiliated with Anadolu University.

Financial Support for EconAnadolu 2013 Participation

• Partial financial support will be provided to young paper presenting participant of Econanadolu 2013. There will be three types of financial support:

  1. Registration fee

  2. Registration fee + domestic travel

  3. Registration fee + domestic travel + three-night accommodation in Eskişehir.

  or any one/two of them.

  For eligible for financial support;

  • Applicant must be either graduate student or young academics (less than 32 years old) with Ph.D.

  • Application with full paper by February 18, 2013.

Registration

• Registration deadline to the conference is 01 May 2013. The registration fee of €100 covers all conference materials, welcome reception, conference dinner, lunches and coffee breaks. The registration fee is €50 for paper presenting graduate students. Registration to the conference is also possible after 01 May 2013, but the fee is 50% higher.

  Authors must submit revised version of their papers after the EconAnadolu 2013 conference. Note that, the journals will be under no commitment to publish any article. However, they do promise an expedited refereeing process and collective publication of accepted articles in a single issue of the journal.
  
  The calendar will be as follows:
  The deadline to submit your manuscript is 30 July 2013.
  Communication of the decision on acceptance / revision / rejection will be made by 30 September 2013.
  Communication of final decision by 30 December 2013.
  Papers will be published in the Journals above as early as possible in 2014.
  The authors should follow regular submission rules of the journal that can be found on the Journals’ web pages.
